He took special care ensuring that none of the services were damaged which included phone lines, water, gas, and electricity.
He used the appropriate size diggers and rollers to ensure the subbase was sound prior to finish tarmacking. He advised suitable sub- contractors for the driveway edges and tarmacking

John arranged for the concrete pouring of the foundations and ensured the levels using a calibrated laser level. Regarding cost, he explained the costs upfront and arranged for payment of each contractor as the job proceeded. Twelve months ago i had valley plant to do some ground work at the back of my Bungalow for the preparation of a brick wall and laying of slabs John was a caring helpful person you could not wish for better, he would go through the work with you step by step to make sure it was to your satisfactory nothing was to much trouble and his price was very reasonable i would certainly recommend valley plant to anyone and he made sure there were no rubbish left on site. John was incredibly hard working, completely self sufficient and a real gentleman. He worked every hour of day light available and was incredibly thorough in his work. We were levelling our front paddock which was filled with concrete and rubble and John painstakingly removed every last rock and levelled the paddock expertly. The end result was excellent and we couldn't have asked for anything more from him. John is very honest and made sure he provided an affordable job- he even managed to track down a local farmer to sow our grass seed to save us money.
